Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not initiated or processed
- Duplicate payment for the same service
- Clear error in service processing by California Tag Renewal
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already processed by the California DMV
- User-initiated cancellations after service processing has begun
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
- DMV rejection due to user-related issues
Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Submit a written refund request via email
- Provide complete transaction details
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Allow up to 14 business days for refund review
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunded to the original payment method
- Exclude original processing fees
- May take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
Exceptions and Discretion
California Tag Renewal reserves the right to:
- Evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis
- Deny refunds that do not meet specified criteria
- Modify this refund policy without prior notice
